Over 85% sold at special tea auction

At the 2nd auction carried out by Coonoor Tea Trade Association (CTTA) to mark the Global Tea Day (ITD) as element of celebrations with the Tea Board, some cost information had been set up.

Darmona Estate’s Crimson Dust, auctioned by Paramount Tea Internet marketing (SI) P Ltd., topped the CTC teas on give when Nisha Enterprises bought it for ₹415 a kg. “This is a document cost for us mainly because it is the best cost fetched for any quality of our teas since production started off in our factory 37 yrs back,” Darmona’s Running Spouse Dinesh Raju explained.
