Mick Fleetwood sells rights to 300 songs

Fleetwood, 73, reported: “This is a beautifully inspiring relationship amongst two resourceful companions that realize all facets of the business. BMG chief executive Hartwig Masuch reported: “Mick Fleetwood is the bedrock of one of the best bands in rock, he has a special expertise to convey jointly musicians of all genres and of study course he is one of rock’s best drummers.

“BMG is happy to signify his best get the job done and psyched about the forthcoming launch of Mick Fleetwood & Pals.”

The deal as brokered by his manager Carl Stubner from the Shelter Music Group.

Together with John McVie, the drummer formed Fleetwood Mac in 1967 with guitarists Peter Environmentally friendly and Jeremy Spencer.

They located wider accomplishment with their blues-rock 3rd album Then Participate in On, just before disbanding amid infighting and substance abuse.

Fleetwood and McVie resurrected the band in the mid-seventies with a new line-up which include Buckingham, Stevie Nicks and Christine McVie, locating international accomplishment.
