Punjab Lok Congress (PLC) chief Amarinder Singh on Friday declared his party’s alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Celebration (BJP) for the 2022 Assembly polls in Punjab.

We have formally declared a seat adjustment with the BJP for the 2022 Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections,” the former Congress leader and two-time Punjab Chief Minister said in a tweet, soon after assembly Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, who is also the point out BJP in-charge.

Shekhawat also tweeted a photograph of the assembly with Singh.
