Antony Blinken Defends Afghanistan Withdrawal, Citing Trump’s Deal
The main U.S. diplomat on Monday defended the military services withdrawal from Afghanistan, telling a Residence committee that the Biden administration was sure to previous President Donald Trump’s agreement with the Taliban and that remaining would have risked much more American lives.
