Previously, an inauguration ceremony was held in which previous Ambassador and Overseas Secretary Sohail Mahmood was the chief guest when Turkish Ambassador Prof Dr. Mehmet Pacaci, Director Common NUML Brig Syed Nadir Ali, and Dean languages Prof. Dr. Jamil Asghar Jami shared their feelings on the bilateral relations of Pakistan and Turkiye.

Later students from Pakistan and Turkiye introduced their papers on the claimed subject matter in two classes. The conference was also attended by ambassadors and diplomats from brotherly nations around the world.
